How do I return my item?
We really hope that you are happy and satisfied with your every purchases from Sonar Bangla Grocery. In case, if you find an item is not satisfactory enough to you, or is no longer needed to you, please follow these instructions which has been given below for each parcel return.
If you any issue regarding your product, you can return your items back to us within 30 days from delivery date.
Please note these points while returning the item:
- Your item must be packed it well.
- Your item must be returned in completely unusable & resalable condition.
- Your item must be sent the item in its original box.
Moreover, kindly complete the Return Form and send it with the parcel box.

To avoid any issue, we prefer you to keep the receipt as a proof of your return.
Please allow us 2 weeks from collection day for this to be credited back to your original payment method.
